Tendinopathy

Tendinopathy responds very slowly to exercise. You need to have patience, ensure that exercise is correct and progressed appropriately, and try and resist the common temptation to accept ‘short cuts’ like injections and surgery. There are often no short cuts.

    Herniated Disc L4-L5 Rehabilitation

a fragment of the disc nucleus that is pushed out of the annulus, into the spinal canal through a tear or rupture in the annulus. Discs that become herniated usually are in an early stage of degeneration. The spinal canal has limited space, which is inadequate for the spinal nerve and the displaced herniated disc fragment. Due to this displacement, the disc presses on spinal nerves, often producing pain, which may be severe.

Herniated discs can occur in any part of the spine. Herniated discs are more common in the lower back (lumbar spine), but also occur in the neck (cervical spine). The area in which pain is experienced depends on what part of the spine is affected.

    Symptoms :

The sole of the foot is an essential sensory structure in the control of standing balance.

Specialized mechanoreceptors transmit tactile and proprioceptive feedback used by the CNS for reflexive and conscious adjustments to posture.

Our feet are part of how our brain sees movement.

The skin of your feet sends information to the brain via the skin’s mechanoreceptors.

This information is then transmitted to the brainstem and thalamus, and then to the somatosensory cortex to shape motor development and coordination.

An imbalance with the feet ALWAYS leads  to an imbalance in the body.
